1. boot Linux CD
2. Select text installer

But your question is quite vague and what does fdisk have to do with installing Linux? And why do you want text mode?

i wanted to learn how to install linux by text mode .i want to create patitions manually

Go through the installer and select to set up the partitions yourself.
