how to install libssl-dev in ubuntu 8.04.1

before installing aircrak-ng, i need to install libssl-dev

here is what i do:

root@twins-laptop:~# sudo apt-get install libssl-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package libssl-dev

please help!!!

anyway , apt-cache --search ssl
