How to install libraries that Arista Transcoder needs in order to run?

Another new user question. I am using Linux Ubuntu 15.10. I have installed Arista Transcoder. Whenever I try to make a conversion I get error that states I need Gstreamer element ffdeinterlace. How do I install this element?
