If your system is connected to Internet, you can install pkg as:
Code:
~$ apt-get upgrade
~$ apt-get install libcurl3
Also modify following file to make your system to not ask for cdrom but directly download from Internet database (comment out lines marked in red and add line marked in green):
Code:
~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
#

# deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.6 _Squeeze_ - Official i386 CD Binary-1 20120929-15:56]/ squeeze main

# deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.6 _Squeeze_ - Official i386 CD Binary-1 20120929-15:56]/ squeeze main

deb http://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian squeeze main
deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main
(Truncated)
For more details, once check this.

Just a quick correction to shivaa's post. You said you're using Wheezy so your sources.list file should contain these entries (possibly among others)
Code:
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing non-free contrib
deb http://deb-multimedia.org/ testing main non-free
deb-src http://deb-multimedia.org/ testing main non-free
You can replace the "testing" designation by "wheezy" if you prefer. Note that "squeeze" is the current name for stable.
You can also replace Germany (de) by the country of your choice.
ciao,
jdk
