how to install Debian on my vm ware?
 
When i install debian on my vm ware( i use the iso image files,the name is debian-30r2-i386-binary-1.iso),there is something wrong ,but i cant know how to
solve it.please help me!

my video card is intel 845 GL.

when i run "startx",but i cant work well .the hints are the following.



(EE) VESA(0):No matching modes
(EE) Screen(s) found,but none have a usable configuration

Fatal server error:
no screens found

XIO: fatal IO error 104 on X server ":0.0"
after 0 requests ( 0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.

The only time I've gotten the "no screens found" error was when I installed kde, thinking it would install everything I needed to run X.

After I installed x-window-system, I didn't have the problem.
