how to install apt for FC2


Im trying to install apt for FC2, but so far its not working. I went to freshrpms.net and downloaded the rpm for apt but it did not install. Here is the error im getting

$ rpm -i apt-0.5.15cnc6-1.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm
warning: apt-0.5.15cnc6-1.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID e42d547b
error: can't create transaction lock
$ su
Password:
# rpm -i apt-0.5.15cnc6-1.1.fc2.fr.i386.rpm

what does it all mean?? thanks in advance

I've had success with the atrmps kickstart package from http://atrpms.net/dist/fc2/ - look for the atrpms-kickstart package.
