How to Increase Space in Filesystem Root, because I only have 188.54MB left?

I'm not sure how I ran out of all of this space, but I have about a good 96GB Free on the other partition I had made for this Ubuntu. I'll be honest, I haven't really tried out Linux as much as I would've liked to so I don't have much experience to go and I'm as noob as they come. But I did take a screenshot that I have uploaded with this post, if you guys can tell me how I can go about increasing the space in this partition, it'd be greatly appreciated!

How are your partitions setup? It sounds like you made the root partition too small, and the rest of the system too large.

What is the output of "fdisk -l" and "df -h"?
