How to I configure telnet in Fedora 4.0


I am new Linux environment, I am not able to configure telnet, I want connect to linux server from my windows XP machine, and vise versa, can someone assist.

Telnet has long been obsolete; use SSH. The SSH server is running by default in Fedora Core and you can connect to it with an SSH client like putty on Windows.
