Question How to grep recursively in a folder?


I have a folder and I want to search for a pattern in all the files in that folder excluding the binaries.What command should I use.My search pattern is "sargasso : Overnight Extract for WOOSH18.3".Can someone tell me what should be my command?

grep -r "what you are looking for" /where
