It's not that hard to find: https://access.redhat.com/downloads. However, as you may be aware, you need to have bought a RHEL license to use the full product. If you want a free (both gratis and libre) alternative, try CentOS.

you go to the red hat site
1)
you contact red hat sales
http://www.redhat.com/contact/sales.html

or
2) use the online store to buy the license
Buy the required Support contract
--- single Desktop install --
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/desktop/
--- server install
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/server/

You register your paid for red hat RHEL6.4 install
https://www.redhat.com/wapps/sso/log...criptions.html

then you update it
the update REQUIRES a paid for and registered install

As to installing
please read the install guide
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...erprise_Linux/
for 6.4
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...ide/index.html

If you are NOT going to buy the required support contract , then DO NOT use RHEL !!!!

Instead install the FREE rebuild of RHEL 6.4 -- CentOS 6.4
http://www.centos.org/
the 64 bit ISO ( from the mirror list on the site )
http://mirrors.arsc.edu/centos/6.4/isos/x86_64/
