Smile How to get help on C programming in vi editor

Hi everybody,

Iam new to LInux and i started doing C programming in it.
Till now, as i did it in Borland editors or Turboc editors, one can get help on everything like include directories etc by pressing ALT + F1 and all

My question is that , is there any way of getting help on programming by man pages or some other source as i get in other C editors.

So please help me in getting out of the puzzled.

Thanking You all in advance.

vi is just an editor, it's not a development environment.

You can open a second (or third) terminal window and access the man pages that way.

That's usually they way I do it.... I have 3-4 terminal windows open when working on a program.

In KDE you have the Kdevelop app which is a pretty nice development tool, similar to borland, vc++, etc.
