Question How to get back (RH 7.2) XWindows task bar

I recently, installed RH Linux 7.2 and it's booting directly to Xwindows. While trying to register it with RH by running the /usr/blah blah blah it said I needed to be logged on as root. I logged out and logged back in since I do not know how to change users in Xwindow any other way and when I logged back in the task bar was not there.

I've rebooted several times and logged in as different users, plus tried the ctrl esc keys and still have not been able to get the task bar to appear. So my question is how would I get the task bar to come back without re-installing the whole thing?

FYI..there are 3 icons on the desktop and I'm in the browser now, sending this message.
