how to flush dns cache


hello all,

can anyone tell me the command to flush dns cache?

Depends:
If you want to flush the dns cache of a client, take a look here, to what you need to do depending on OS
If you want to flush the cache of a name server, you can restart it, or in case of bind just run
Code:
rndc flush
