Question how to find the 1 number out of 10 numbers, if I have taken 9 numbers from my brain ?


Hi All,
If I have 10 numbers in my brain and I have taken 9 numbers out of my brain except one number.what is that number(remaining number) ? and write a program for that.
(or)
I have 10 bolls numbering 1,2,...10 in a bag and I have taken 9 bolls out of 10 what is the number of the remaining ball ?

Smells like homework to me... Not to put you on the spot, but we will assist with, not do your homework for you. What have you come up with so far?

If all numbers are different, then the remaining number is the one not "taken off".
