how to find static or dynamic wireless connection in linux


hi..

how to find my wireless connection is connecting static or dynamic. expect /ect/resolv.conf file any other way to find ....

It is by default dynamic, if it is connecting and you haven't set any ip adress then for sure it is dynamic.

actually problem is [if my system (customized linux) is conected with static wireless connection after reboot also it should connect with same static wireless connection] need to write a script to save the static connection by finding connection is static or dynamic .....
