How to edit mp3 track information?

I had made many audio recording my kids' singing and noticed that when I load it into my phone(mp3) player, there is no information about the track.

Are there program that can edit many mp3 (eg. many songs recorded on a day trip to park) with the same track info (Day trip to park).

How can I add information to these mp3 tracks?

I use the program Ex Falso, which, apparently, comes with the program Quod Libet (though, on my Debian machine, Ex Falso is its own package). Anyway, it's great for labelling music files.

Take a look at
easytag

I have used the easytag program and can recommend it. There is also a KDE program named 'kid3'. The auto-completion feature of Amarok's play list makes editing tags convenient as well.
