First off, backup your data
Download and burn the gparted livecd there http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php
Boot from the gparted livecd.
Then resize your windows partition and create partitions for Fedora (at least one for / and one for swap).
Then install Fedora on the right partition (check the size if need be).
Then tell fedora to install grub when it asks. It should automatically detect windows.
That's it.

Maybe Fedora can even resize (check if you can resize partitions directly from the fedora cd), in which case you can skip the gparted steps.

Mr YuvaBharat
The other option could be
1. Delete the parition in windows using Disk Manager.
2. Boot from linux installation CD.
3. The recommended
paritions and size for your hard disk(it may vary as per ur choice)
(b) / : 2 GB
(a) /boot : 200 MB
(b) /home : 5GB
(c) /var : 2 GB
(d) /swap : double of ur RAM (if u have 256 MB RAM, it is recommeded to create a SWAP partition of 512MB)
(e) /usr : 2 GB
4. Create the partition as ext3

Now follows the instructions during the installation. You are done.
