How to dual-boot Fedora 17 and Windows 7
 
I have windows 7 in c: drive and want to install Fedora 17 in d: drive (50GB); along with windows 7. Suggest possible the way.

Burn the Fedora 17 ISO to a disk, boot it, and when it asks what drive you want to install to select your 50GB drive. When it asks you, you'll want to place the bootloader (grub) onto the other drive where Windows is installed.

Make sure you back up everything important from your Windows install, any time you start playing with installations, reformatting, bootloader installations, etc., there's a chance you could accidentally select the wrong option and wipe out Windows.

What computer do you have, How new? I had severe problems with dual boot on a one year old Toshiba laptop. Make sure you have made a Windows 7 recovery disc, and look at this thread:
