how to draw curved lines in gimp URGENT!!!

i need to know this urgently.... does anyone know how to draw curved lines in the gimp

click draw in ink, and draw a curved line.

Or are you talking about Vector Graphics?

its the bottommost, 2nd from left button on the options plate. for brushes etc.

but the lines donot seem to be smooth ....i want smooth curved lines like the ones we have in ...say MS Paint.

You can use the path tool, and then Edit > Stroke Path,
or use the circular selection tool and Edit > Stroke Selection
