The maximize, minimize, and other window bar functions are controlled by your window manager and need to be configured there. I doubt highly that xdialog has any direct control over them.

You really should give more details about what you're trying to do though, as well as information about your system and distro. Someone might be able to give you advice if we know what your true goal is. Check out the first link in my signature.
