How to disable the "Allow this program to be grouped" in panel

I want to setup KDE so programs are not automatically grouped at started. Two Dolphin programs are side-by-side, and not grouped together, a la Windows.

Thanks,
Petey

Start up the program, right click it in the taskbar then select Do Not Allow This Program To Be Grouped.
