How to delete SingletonLock?

HI,

I just try to rename my hostname. but after I change the hostname, its seem many software been affected.

Now I faced when I run Chromium, the message below appear. Can someone guide me what should I do?
THank..

The profile appears to be in use by process 14551 on host gms-ThinkPad-Edge-E120. If you are sure no other processes are using this profile, delete the file /home/gms/.config/chromium/SingletonLock and relaunch Chromium.

How about just deleting /home/gms/.config/chromium/SingletonLock and relaunching Chromium?

Directories and files that start with a "." are not visible but you can treat them as if they were:
If SingletonLock is a file:
rm /home/gms/.config/chromium/SingletonLock
If it is a directory you have to call
rm -r /home/gms/.config/chromium/SingletonLock
