how to create new user account

I am the new guy to linux as well as this linuxquestions.org.

this is my first post to you all.

how can i create a user account for new user on my machine?.

The tools available depend on the distribution you use; try man useradd and man adduser to see instructions; or if you use a GUI, look for System > Administration/Maintenance/Settings (or similar) and look for User Administration. But it'd help a lot if you could simply tell us which distribution you're using.
