How to copy to clipboard using bash command?
Tried this, but there's no such a command in Arch.

And this also doesn't work:

find ~ | grep -i pidgin | xclipboard
Error: another clipboard is already running

Please advise.

There are quite a few programs. Try xsel.

Another is xclip.

Which desktop are you using? Netsearching for the error message suggests the problem is caused by a restriction in Gnome -- but I found no solution :(

Might be worth trying gclipper ... ?

Point your favorite browser at, and enter this search phrase: bash copy to clipboard.

Then start reading. Here is my favorite return on that search: But there others as well.
