How to configure usb lan card in linux

Hi there.i use lenovo 3000n200 laptop.i use rhel5.2.my inbuilt lan card doesnt work so i use an usb lan card which is named DM9601 USB TO FAST ETHENET ADAPTER.it has come with a driver cd.

I copied the cd on my desktop.It has got a folder with name dm9601 drivers.The folder contains a make file,one .h file and a read me file.The read me file in the folder tells to run make command to compile the driver.
But when i run make command i get following error-
/lib/modules/2.6.18-92.el5/build M=/media/Driver/DM9601 Drivers/LINUX 2.6 Driver Code LDDINCDIR=/media/Driver/DM9601 Drivers/LINUX 2.6 Driver Code/../include modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.18-92.el5/build: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** [default] Error 2

Please help me.....ITS URGENT

Hi,

First, contact RH for support.

Second, not urgent to anyone but you.

Third, Compose your post so someone can actually read for understanding. The whole post was a blurry. Run-on. Clean the post up and I along with others might aid you.

Thanks for the reply as its the only one i got.I tried to be as descriptive as i could be.anyways there is always chance of improvement.i didn't get "ur name begin_learn is in target".plz explain...
