How to configure RH9 Boot Screen


Every time i turn on the PC ,
i will enter the Boot Screen with 30 seconds to make a decision abt which partition to choose
who do i change the setting?
Is there a graphical interface settings in the start panel!

no gui for this but it is easily changed in the /boot/grub/grub.conf file

you can change the names of each OS in the list, the timeout limit if you want one at all, the default selected OS and even change the background to one you make yourself.

So

vi /etc/grub/grub.conf

or use you favourite text editor
