How to configure Reliance Netconnect+ in Debian 7.0.0 wheezy ?

I am using Debian 7.0.0 wheezy operating system.

I'm using Reliance NetConnect+ (mobile broadband) for internet, Connection is established sometimes and sometimes it is not getting connected.

Please give me a detailed explanation about how to connect to the internet using Reliance NetConnect+.

I thought you were using Fedora 18?

...or was it Slackware 14?

Now it's Debian 7? Since you marked the Fedora thread as SOLVED, and never responded to the Slackware thread (with the IDENTICAL QUESTION), have you bothered to try any of the steps you already have been given?? And if it DOES connect sometimes, and you're using a mobile broadband device, then you already HAVE IT WORKING.

Wouldn't it be a safe assumption that (since it's a cellular device), that you just hit a dead spot? Bad service?
