how to configure redhat 5 as a router


hi we had windows 2003 server as router. now we wish to use redhat 5 as router , i tried some scripts but not working for me. kindly anyone post the scripts and hwo to configure the redhat 5 as a router

Do you mean RH5(very old) or do you mean RHEL5.X?

If you only want that server as a router, then have a look at Smoothwall Express available at smoothwall.org. It provides a complete dedicated linux server specifically to be used as a router. It will make setting up a router much easier for you.

rehel 5 . i had tried some scripts before by googling, but it never worked...but i never got any error message...i will try again
