Hello,

Step by step is something you'll not find here on LQ, use Google instead:
NTP configuration on RHEL5.

Kind regards,

Eric

Yes, try Google and attempt to do the config first; and if you run into issues then post them here and we'll gladly assist.

Hello,

In Debian based distros you can use:
Code:
apt-get install ntp ntpdate
from the console (don't know if that installs a GUI too), or you can have a look at this page for Ubuntu (should work for Mint too in my opinion). You probably could use your graphical install (Synaptic?). Look for NTP.

Kind regards,

Eric
