how to configure ldap in redhat enterprise 5


Dear All
Any one have the configure of ldap use to redhat enterprise EL5

I used this to get ldap working on CentOS 5.2

google redhat ldap or go to redhat.com and find documentation first.

i get the " grub> " error message in my client pc, anyone how to recify the problem with out format the operating system.

let me know how can we use hyperterminal in linux. i need to configure the router through console is there any software to us like hyperterminal.

Check if minicom is present on your system using command "rpm -qa minicom".

If not install the same using command "yum install minicom" (without quotes).

--The issue you are having is that your grub configuration is not finding your kernel location on your HDD. So there are two things you can do. Make sure the hard drive is plugged in (if your hdd is off then the grub is not going to find your kernel that you specified in your grub.conf file). Make sure that the entry in your grub.conf file that specifies where you kernel is located is not commented out.
