How to configure DNS?

I am running Suse 9.0 and when I open up a browser and try to connect to a webpage it does connect but it takes a long time to do it. Someone told me that I might be having an issue with my DNS config. Is this correct and if so how do I fix it so my web pages load at normal speed.

Thanks for any advice you can give!!

Not sure what the setup is on Suse, but take a look in you /etc/resolv.conf file at what the DNS setting is. Adjust accordingly. Mine currently has.

search greenaspen.com
nameserver 198.60.22.2
nameserver 198.60.22.22
nameserver 209.210.176.8
nameserver 209.210.176.9

With 4 DNS settings I can't go wrong.
