How to configure ACL in Debian
 
How to configure ACL in Debian so that some IP can not browse www.facebook.com for 12.30-2.00 PM And some IP can browse www.facebook.com all time .

Hi,

I'm not sure that ACL is what you're looking for. ACL (Access Control Lists) is used to set file or other object permissions in an more flexible way and is an addition to the standard permissions on user/group/everyone structure. If you want to block certain IPs from visiting a certain website, then you'll need to look into a proxy server in my opinion, something like Squid, Nginx, ...
