well after lot of struggle I have fix my own issue in the pc and i have change my host name successfully using terminal.
Following are the steps which i have done.

vim /etc/hosts

#Do not remove the following line,or various program
#that require network functionaly will fail

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain pc1

and also change in

vim /etc/sysconfig/network

NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=pc1

It was inportant to change in both files .If we only change in /etc/host then still I saw the alert message.

I want to know the main purpose of

/host
/network

any suggestion about this please must guide me.

The /etc/sysconfig/network file holds the specifications of your network card and /etc/hosts file works as the local name resolver.
