How to change system default dbus to version 0.23???

Fedora Core 3 in default is with DBus 0.22
Fedora Core 4 in default is with DBus 0.33

Now i would like to change DBus to version 0.23 (for Skype API usage),
and I have its rpms.
I try to rpm -e ,or rpm -U ,or rpm -i --oldpackage are failed!
And it always replies : Conflict with default version or Libraries need

Could somebody give me a hand???
