Question How to change section size in memory hotplug


hi folks,

I am currently working on hotplug add & remove sections.I get currently 4 sections of memory on my machine.I want to change size of section.The size of section is dependent on SECTION_SIZE_BITS.Wheather changing it will cause any problem? Is it possible to do that?

I'm not sure that Linux-Newbie be the good place to get help about memory management by the kernel

May be you'll get more answers if you post here
