How to change language in XFCE4?

How do you change language in XFCE by default?
I've logged today into XFCE and found out it was in hebrew, so I couldn't change language to english cause I didn't know what key-sequence it was, and then the screen locked and I had to do hard reboot in order to gain my control back via KDE.
