As root . . .

Code:
usermod -s /bin/tcsh login
usermod -s /bin/csh login
Replacing 'login' for the username.

Use command
Code:
chsh
It will first ask you to enter the password for logged in account and then the path of new shell.

Or as root, you can use
Code:
chsh username
And then enter path of new shell.
