How to change default system load in Fedora Core 16

I've tried to configure a dual boot Windows vista and Linux fedora 16 but in can't to establish to windows to boot by defaul, instead of appears Grub with linux system by default i want to change de default system and the time in this menu for select linux either windows but i want change to vista predeterminated system load, i whis if is posible that it was made in a graphical mode as red hat 9.

Why You hesitate by using Grub . Grub is better boot loader and works in chain

also be aware that fedora 16 will hit it's END OF LIFE on Feb.08 2013 -- just over one month
--- time to upgrade---
fedora 18 will be released on Jan.08 2013
currently fedora 17 is the current version

I've tried RaviTezu solution but it doesn't work the file in fedora 16 doesn't exist in that directory and look for that but is in directory grub2 but don't start the grub interface.
Please somebody can help me.
