How to align to grid/change size of desktop icons (Jessie LXDE)

I cannot seem to be able to find settings for aligning to grid and changing the size of desktop icons on Jessie LXDE. This is very annoying. Any ideas how to do that?

Found the way to change the size of Desktop icons on LXDE:

Open PCManFM (File manager used in LXDE equivalent to Dolphin in KDE)
Go to Menu > Edit > Preferences > Display
Change size of Big Icons

Just to clarify that by right clicking on an icon then selecting "Snap to grid" will align the icon to grid, but whenever you move the icon it won't snap to grid automatically, you will have to right click on it again and then choose option "Snap to grid"... I am looking for a setting that I can change so that when I move an icon and release the mouse, the icon will automatically "snap to grid"

uncheck "Stick to current position".

fwiw, the desktop is just another file manager window, although a special one.
pcmanfm is very lightweight and somewhat limited in its customizability.
