please write full and descriptive questions. If you can just copy the title, that's clearly not enough. A seed??? what do you mean? something torrent related? A Please / thank you would be considered polite too.

A peer becomes a seeder automagically when the download is completed, remains active and the client allows uploading.

I mean torrent,
I just don't understand how does torrent work?
what is those seeds?
The person who uploaded the files, asking people to add more seeds to it.
What does that mean?

A seed is just a torrent client that has the complete files. The person who initially provided the file is requesting that others keep their torrent clients connected to the swarm after completing their downloads, thus providing additional seeds.

Nice article about torrents here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bittorrent

Definition of seed from article:

Code:

A Seed is used to refer to a peer who has 100% of the data. When a leech obtains 100% of the data, that peer by definition becomes a Seed.
Seeding refers to leaving a peer's connection available for other peers, i.e. leeches, to download from. Normally, a peer should seed more data than leech. However, whether to seed or not, or how much to seed, is dependent on the availability of leeches and the choice of the peer at the seeding end.
