How to add Jad to the Path


I just installed Fedora, then JDK.But I can't use the Jad directly. I don't known how to add the Jad to the Path. What should I do now?
(I'm Chinese, and my English may not be very standard)

Hi,

There are two ways, I will show examples:

Pre adding

Quote:
PATH=/the/path/to/jad:$PATH
Post adding

Quote:
PATH=$PATH:/the/path/to/jad
(no spaces in the whole thing)

Pre-adding: your stuff is found sooner and before what's already there
Post-adding : the stuff already in there is found and then yours...

Thor's addition(s) need to be added to your

- /etc/bash.bashrc --- if you want to make it system wide.

- /home/user/.bashrc -- If you just want to set it for a specific user.
