How to Accessing Fedora /home in Ubuntu 8.1?

I have Fedora /home folder on a usb hard drive. But I am unable to access it under Ubuntu 8.10. I get you don't have access to this folder.

Any idea how I can get access to this folder in Ubuntu 8.10?

as root?
or create the same user as in fedora on your box?

how did you try to access?

It could pop up as drive when you insert it.
Or you could use mount comand to mount it.

You need to be root or change access permissions for the user you want.
