How Open Source works ? - What is Open Source ?

Hi,

Dear open-source supporters, here is a brief video on about "How Open Source works? - What is Open Source?" in detail, which you can sit back relax and watch the same if interested to learn :)

This video focuses the main aspects of Open-Source, PLUS Open-Source GENERIC License terms namely:
* freedom
* free to use, share, distribute
* AS-IS factor
* (and so on usually covered in GPL/BSD/MIT based licenses).

For examples I have used the way Linux Kernel is bundled, since Linux Kernel is a complex Open-Source PACKAGE. Kernel contains code from Kernel Team, along with 1000s of 3rd party open-source device drivers, modules, and so on, released in various other licenses.

I hope this video can inspire many upcoming open-source contributors.

Kindly do share your reviews and comments. If you have any specific questions, you can kindly put forward, hopefully I can respond this below thread.

Thank you Cheers, Kiran.

If you like this video provide a thumbs-up, if not rate it thumbs down :)
