How long it would take to become a Linux Device Driver Engineer
Hi,
i have 2.8 years of experience in embedded C in microprocessors/controllers etc. I am newbie to linux. Now i am not in job , i like to do some project in LDD bcas i feel market have more scope for that. But how long it will take is the question? also can u suggest whr to do prj in ldd and after this i will have some gap in my career , what can i do for tat. is tat ok, or i shall i take any experience certificate from any company? if u suggest that tell me the company to do prj or to take expeience Thanks in advance for ur kind help |

There are far too many variables involved for anyone to be able to tell you how long it would take for you to learn this skill. This depends completely on your experience level, past experiences, the rate you learn at, etc. The best thing anyone could do would be to tell you that you just have to start learning and see what pace you move at.
