Hi,
How give all access (same as root) to other user because i need to run some application s/w from other user login.

Without some actual details, no way to say. What version/distro of Linux? What software do you need to run? Can that software be run as a non-root user?

Provide details, and perhaps we can help. Otherwise, you can look into SUDO, to see if that fits your needs.

I would never suggest giving Superuser (aka root) to other users is a linux server that is why it is limited to one for a reason. I would suggest the same SUDO
