Fedora documentation is not going to help with this one......
If you just double-click on the picture file, you are likely getting a photo viewer--this is not going to give you any printing controls
Open up "GIMP"--it will be in your application menus under graphics. If it is not installed for some reason, go to the "Install SW" menu command.
Within GIMP, you will find commands to setup you printer and driver, plus lots of options for improving photos.
Also look into escputil, which I think comes with Fedora. This command-line tool lets you clean and test nozzles, and check ink level.
