How do you open ports on Linux Redhat 7.3

Does anyone know what is the exact VI Command is to open ports 8002-8004 on a Linux Redhat 7.3 Server.

I'm totally new to this and need to know the VI command to open the above ports. I want to stream my music using the above ports but don't know how to open the ports.

Any professional help would be great for a complete newbie.

vi is a text and console editor file file editing. You need to open ports by most likely configuring iptables if you have a firewall running, etc.
