how do I uninstall libtool?

how do I uninstall libtool at: /usr/bin/libtool ?

I'm on Mac OS X 10.2.6 and I want to uninstall the existing libtool then reinstall via fink.

are commands in MacOSX the same as linux? i have never even seen anything Mac related before so that may or may not be a stupid question, but if the commands are universal, then it would be "as root"
rpm -e libtool && libtool-libs

OSX uses the tcsh shell and is based on BSD, so I guess it's more like Unix than Linux, but I'm assuming that Unix and Linux are similar enough that OSX and Linux commands are more or less the same- but you know what they say about "assume..."

is rpm a call to the Redhat Package Manager? If so- I'm afraid I can't use it.

heh thats what i wasn't sure of, and maybe if you have to do it manually, and if you have the "locate" command, maybe you could issue the command "locate libtool" and remove it manually?
not sure, like i said i have no idea about macosx nor have i seen it or used it...so maybe someone else will have a better alternative.
