exe files are not Linux versions. Anyway, at this blog there are detailed instructions on how to install adobe reader on Fedora Linux, which I assume you're using.

and as to the first post . Files ending in *.exe are MS Windows programs and require a Microsoft operation system to use .Like Windows 7 , Vista or XP .
