yes, you can pipe it to lpr (line printer) or something like that
will print out the current directory's contents
Be careful though, because the way you see it on the screen wont necessarily be the way it prints out. When i tried it out, it printed 1 column instead of the three that showed up in terminal.
I'm not sure if you want to print out stuff thats already appeared on the screen, cuz im not sure how to do that, but u could always take ur mouse highlight the portion, then move into a text editor and click ur middle mouse button, then just print from that app.
